Order Cancellation

Returns
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos and order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
